Can’t believe that 2014 will be over soon.

It’s time to recap this year so you can do what it needs to make 2015 a Happy and Successful Year!

Take some time without interruption, take your journal if you already using one or take some paper, a cup of coffee or tea, put on some music and make yourself comfy.

3 Steps to Make 2015 a Happy and Successful Year!

There are three tasks to go. Start with the most challenging task. It is important that you really be honest to yourself and facing what happened. It takes guts to do it, I understand. But this is the only way you can be more happy and successful in 2015. Ready? Ok lets go.

1. Think about what was challenging you in 2014. What didn’t run the way you liked. What was hard to accept. What happened that you thought you failed. And so on be specific really think of what did stopped  you, pulled you down, make you feel to give up your dreams.

Write it down separate for each area in your life:

a) You your body and health

b) Your Partner, Husband, Kids, Family

c) Your job, school, club

This can be hurtful and hard to face it, I know but this is very, very important so you can improve whatever it needs in 2015. You still can things make go right. It’s never too late unless you give up. To give up is no option!

Have you done step one to the point where you summarized the outpoints? You are amazing and I’m very proud you did it! Now it’s time to go over fast to step two. This one will give you joy, hope and courage to   go into Action and make 2015 a Happy and Successful Year!

2. Think about all the cheerful moments you experienced. Successes you had no matter how big or small they where, goals and dreams you reached. Think of all the moments you smiled, you felt happy. What, no matter how small or silly it may be, made your day a good day.

Write it down again separate for each area in your life and be very detailed. It can be such a thing like sitting in a comfy chair with a scent of freshly ground coffee and your favorite book. Or when your child gives you a drawing.

a) You your body and health

b) Your Partner, Husband, Kids, Family

c) Your job, school, club

Acknowledge all these things and be grateful for all this cheerful moments! These are the once you have to memorize and don’t regret what didn’t went well or where you feel you failed. That dosen’t matter as it is over. You can’t change the past. But you can do something for the future.

This brings you to the last step to make 2015 a Happy and Successful Year!

3. Ok now it’s time to get some actionable goals to define. First and most important whatever you wrote down on step two make sure you do all those things which made you happy and make sure you do it more often!

Write down when or how often you want to do things that cheers you up. And then really take that time to do it! No matter how much life yells to you “NO TIME!” “NO MONEY!” “THERE IS MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO!” and so on. You are your own boss and you make the rules.

a) You your body and health

b) Your Partner, Husband, Kids, Family

c) Your job, school, club

Now write also down what you have to change so that what you have worked out on step one will not happen again or which you can improve to a better point at least.

a) You your body and health

b) Your Partner, Husband, Kids, Family

c) Your job, school, club

Make sure you take as little steps as it needs. You can’t change everything with snap your fingers or taking a magic pill. It may takes long, it may be hard and it’s possible you will fail. BUT never ever give up! Be kind and patient with yourself. If it didn’t came out well again, then look over exactly what happened that it didn’t work. Again be honest with yourself. And then don’t blame yourself and don’t regret. This dosen’t helps you in any way. If needed work out a new way or if you just stopped doing what you should have done, then start over again. Say yourself: “I can do it. I will figure it out. I will succeed!”

Finally write down what you want to reach, what you want to have. Be very specific and don’t think if this is possible or not. Set your goals write down your dreams. Then work out what you have to DO to reach it.

If you like the idea with a journal then just start writing in 2015 every day some little lines how the day was. What made you happy, what made you sad. Write a little poem, a quote, make a doodle or stick in a picture from something you would like to buy or which inspires you whatever feels right for you. Take this time for you to get a little overview of the day. You can do it also weekly if daily is too much for you. But it will keep you focus on what makes you happy and strength those things and get in action to change whatever you notice dosen’t goes in the right direction.

Now it’s all ready to start the New Year. This is the year where you will reach your GOALS! Believe in yourself, your amazing!

I wish you a happy New Year!

Skye

P.s. I would love to hear from you if this was helpful for you.
